Lynn Valley Orthopaedic and Sports Physiotherapy was founded to bring hands-on therapy and rehabilitative exercise programs closer together for the benefit of patients. To this end, our 4200 sq. ft. second-floor facility includes efficient, well-equipped examination/treatment rooms as well as a spacious gym. In this setting, patients receive the latest manual therapy and mechanical therapy techniques and treatments.

As a further benefit, the gym is supervised by a specialist in exercise performance. The gym is enclosed on two sides by floor-to-ceiling windows. Warm-up machines overlook the quiet street and trees outside. Patients perform their exercises using precision resistance machines and an array of professional-quality elastic bands, exercise balls, and other rehabilitation equipment.

Our building has underground parking for your comfort and security and elevators from the garage and the ground-level entrance.
