Sue Caithness

Sue graduated from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in 1998. She is educated and trained to accurately assess and treat patients using techniques such as myofascial release, systemic deep tissue, muscle energy, joint mobilization, rehabilitation exercise, and strengthening education.

Sue has practised on the North Shore since 1998. She is committed to helping restore and maintain optimal health and pain-free body function. "I believe Massage Therapy is an effective approach to pain management and rehabilitation. I am effective in treating and providing relief for a wide range of conditions such as migraine headaches, tendonitis, arthritis, osteoporosis, fibromyalgia, sports injuries as well as many other common conditions related to soft tissue and joint dysfunction."

Sue was born and raised in Wellington, New Zealand, where she competed competitively in both soccer and softball for many years. In the early 1990s she came to Canada where she continued to play softball at the national club level. Since her retirement from sports, she has continued to be involved in fitness and well being, which play an integral part of her everyday life.
